PURPOSE: To provide two kinds of transmission gear ratios and shift to a stop so as to make a complete shift to a stop by releasing one gear of one of two planetary gear, and completely housing a barking means for controlling the fixing/releasing of each gear in a box. CONSTITUTION: Starting from a stationary position, a first transmission gear ratio is obtained through a passage 58 while controlling the supplying of the pressure fluids of an annular chamber 56. By the application of the pressure of the annular chamber 56, an annular piston 52 inside an annular cylinder 54 is moved in the compressing direction of a washer spring 66, the brake of an inner gear 11 is removed, and a brake is kept applied on an inner gear 12. In this case, a drive shaft 8 drives a dual plantary gear 7, the tooth 19 of a pinion drives a planetary pinion 14 and, since the gear 12 is fixed to a box 1, the pinion 14 drives a dual planetary gear carrier 19 and lastly a converter shaft 10. During this period, the tooth 17 of the other pinion of the gear 7 makes free a planetary pinion 13 and the gear 11.
