PURPOSE:To extract the inspection item of no dispersion in quality by inputting an SPD (Structured Program Diagram) to be outputted on the stage of detailed design. CONSTITUTION:A case classification and analysis part 11 classifies the inspection item of an SPD chart and it is obtained by a value analysis part 12 which a maximum value, minimum value or intermediate value this classified inspection item is. In a repeated analysis part 13, the inspection item is repeatedly analyzed and based on the result of these processing, an inspection item table is prepared. Thus, since the input is narrowed down to one SPD chart and simplified, there is an effect to uniform the quality of the inspection item extraction. Simultaneously, since the processing is made mechanical, there is an effect to shorten an extracting time.
