<p>PURPOSE:To prevent malodor from sewer pipes and the like by providing water traps in each structure of devices which are connected to sewer pipes, etc., to seal said structure in a water-tight manner. CONSTITUTION:In casings 10, 12 a throw-in port 6 connecting with a discharge hole 2 of a sink 1 is provided on top of the casings 10, 12, while a crushing section 12d provided with crushing blades 18 which are rotated by a motor 15 is provided below the throw-in port 6. In a water-separation casing 29 connected to the casings 10, 12 through a feed section 27a including a water trap 27b therein, a water outlet 33 connected to a drain hose 32 which communicates with sewer pipes, etc., and a discharge section 31, separate from the water outlet 33, are provided under said casing. A water-separation drum 36 having a plurality of drain holes, rotated by a motor 50, is disposed in the casing 29. Further, a connecting port 34 constituting a water trap 34a is provided near the water outlet 33 of the casing 29, whereby a bypass hose 35 interconnects said connecting port 34 and the bottom of the casings 10, 12 including the crushing section 12d, allowing water to be passed therethrough.</p> |
