It incorporates a two-stroke gas heat engine with a heat exchanger via which passes a water pipe which is able to divert towards an inner module or an outer module, said engine driving a compressor which is arranged in a gas circuit with two condenser/evaporator batteries, at least one expansion valve and another, retention valve, it being possible for the path of the gas to be inverted in order to implement a heating or cooling cycle.
