It is composed of three physically separable parts which are known as emitter, transmission means and receiver, each one of these parts being composed of various identical units which constitute transmitter, transmission means and receiver, it being possible to include one or more different blocks which constitute the emitter, receiver and transmission means of one or more clocks, each transmitter unit receiving the signals in electrical form and converting them into optical pulses by means of an optoelectronic device. The coupling to the transmission means is easily dismountable and is formed by a receptacle which fixes and contains the emitter device. <IMAGE>
