PURPOSE:To accelerate drying of stored food, and to remove generated offensive odor by circulating air cooled by a cooler into a dry storage chamber by a blower, maintaining the chamber at specific temperature by a temperature controller, circulating chilled gas into a forcible dry chamber by a forcible dry blower, and generating ozone. CONSTITUTION:A blower 9 forcibly feeds air cooled by a cooler 8 into a dry storage chamber 5, and a temperature controller 12 maintains at 10-15 deg.C in the dry storage chamber 5. When a forcible dry switch 19 is closed, a relay 20 is energized to energize an ozone generator 18 and a forcible dry blower 21, and a forcible dry time integrating timer 23 simultaneously starts counting. On the other hand, when the forcible dry blower 21 starts rotating, the chilled gas in the dry storage chamber 5 is sucked from a chilled gas inlet 15, the chilled gas in the forcible dry chamber 13 is discharged from a chilled gas outlet 16. The chilled gas is circulated in the forcible dry chamber 13 to derive the moisture of contained food in the dry storage chamber 13, and returned to the forcible dry blower 21 through a chilled gas return port 17 and further the ozone generator 18. |
