PURPOSE:To continuously dissociate ions by a method wherein a migration medium in an endless belt shape is used and the migration medium is moved through an entrance and an exit enclosed by insulators provided on both sides of a migration reservoir so that a migration medium film is located perpendicular to an electric field of the migration reservoir. CONSTITUTION:By fitting widthwise ends, namely upper and lower ends, into narrow slits 31, 110, etc. enclosed by insulators having slits approximately equal to the thickness of a film with a migration medium film 3 located perpendicular, both ends in a longitudinal direction can be insulated. The endless migration medium film 3 is moved through an entrance and an exit covered with the insulators provided on both sides of a migration reservoir 1 so that a surface of the migration medium film is perpendicular to an electric field of the migration reservoir. Then, with components whose migration speed is slow removed in a withdrawing reservoir 81, the migration medium film 3 is regenerated into fastest ion types such as hydrogen ions, ammonium ions, alkaline metal ions or negative ions of halogen ions or the like for example in case of ion exchange resin in an adjustment reservoir 82, washed in a washing reservoir 83 and continuously supplied to the migration reservoir. |
