METHOD FOR REMOVING RESIDUE FROM WASTE GAS WASHING

PURPOSE: To execute evaporation of an aq. portion and drying of solid with a simple system by spraying a washing concentrate into the inflow chamber of a hot gas filter and adhering the salts contained in the washing concentrate to the inflow side of a hot filter element under evaporation of moisture. CONSTITUTION: The flue gas 3 of a combustion device 1 having the succeeding hot gas filter 5 and washing machine 9 is subjected to wet washing with, for example, the sufficiently desalted water. The washing liquid 19 is utilized in the flue gas from the combustion device particularly for radioactive waste. The residues from the flue gas washing are removed by drying and evaporating at the time of resetting the washing concentrate of the device into the flue gas to be washed in order to supply the residues thereof to final storage in the form of the solidified form. At this time, the washing concentrate or the washing liquid 19 or part thereof is sprayed into the inflow chamber 6 of the hot gas filter 5. The salts included in the washing concentrate 19 are adhered to the inflow side of the hot filter element 8 under the evaporation of moisture. The salts are separated by backflow of air.
