The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a slip-preventing wig and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a slip-preventing wing, which can significantly enhance effects in preventing the slip of the wig. The slip-preventing wig of the present invention comprises: a hair transplantation line unit for transplanting artificial or natural hair; a front cover connected to the front side of the hair transplantation line unit; a side cover connected to both sides of the hair transplantation line unit, and connected to the front cover; an adhesion unit connected to a portion of the front cover and the side cover and to a lower unit of the rear side of the hair transplantation line unit; and a tightening unit equipped on one side of the adhesion unit. |
