PURPOSE:To simplify measurement of ATP by a method wherein by using an ATP sensor formed with frozen ground fish meat which has been fixed on a film mounted on a pH electrode, decomposition enzymes are made to function on ATP, and inorganic phosphoric acid generated by decomposition of ATP is quantified. CONSTITUTION:Frozen ground fish meat having enzyme activity is homogenized and filtered/absorbed on a porous film and fixed on it, and it is mounted on an electrode surface to constitute an ATP sensor. If ATP exists in solution, inorganic phosphoric acid generated by function by the frozen ground fish meat causes change in pH which is to be detected by a pH electrode. To mount the frozen ground fish meat fixed on this film onto the pH electrode surface, a nylon net for example is used. That is, the frozen ground fish meat 2 fixed on the porous film 1 is mounted on a surface of the pH electrode 5 with an O-ring 4 using the nylon net 3. This enables APT to be analyzed with selectivity to other similar specimens. |
