<p>PURPOSE:To measure the temperature of a planar part simply and quickly by tightly arranging a part of a long sensor fiber o a planar body comprising an excellent heat conducting material, and using the device as a sensor part. CONSTITUTION:One or more sensor parts are formed at arbitrary positions of a piece of a long sensor fiber 3 with an interval being provided. The sensor parts are attached to the planar temperature measuring part, and temperature is measured. At this time, the part other than the sensor parts is provided along another body whose temperature is measured. Thus the temperature distribution of the body whose temperature is measured can be measured. For example, the sensor part is fixed to the case of an electric motor. The remaining sensor fiber 3 is arranged along the electric wirings of the electric motor. Then, the surface temperature of the electric motor itself and the temperature of the electric wirings can be measured at the same time. Since the part of the long sensor fiber 3 is tightly arranged on the planar body comprising the excellent heat conducting material as the sensor part, the temperature of the planar part can be measured simply and quickly, and the temperature of the surface whose temperature is measured and the temperature distribution of the other part can be measured at the same time by utilizing the remaining fiber sensor 3.</p> |
