<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a packaging area onto a substrate as well as simplify arrangement design of a coil, etc. by a method wherein a plurality of open magnetic path coils are provided on a surface of the substrate so that leakage flux of each coil is passed through a magnetic sensor. CONSTITUTION:In a system for sensing a plurality of currents, a magnetic sensor 3 can be shared by passing different currents to each of coils 2. Therefore one sensor 3 can sense a plurality of currents. In a system for sensing one current, same current is flowed to each of the coils 2 so that the currents are allowed to flow in a direction that magnetic fields produced at the respective coils 2 intensify each other at the position of the sensor 3, thereby reducing size of the coil 2. Further, since open magnetic path coils are employed, a unit 10 for sensing current can be compacted.</p> |
