<p>PURPOSE:To surely insulate between a coil and a lead terminal of a magnetic sensor by a method wherein a sensor installing hole is provided in a substrate and a lead terminal of the magnetic sensor and a coil are separately placed on either face of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:With a heat-sensitive part 8 of a magnetic sensor 3 inserted into a sensor installing hole 11 from the bottom of a substrate 1, a whole slit 13 between the installing hole 11 and the heat-sensitive part 8 is sealed by an insulating material 12. In addition, a lead terminal 9 of the sensor 3 and a coil 2 are separated on either side of the substrate 1. This insulation between the sensor 3 and the coil 2 is improved. Further since the slit of the installing hole 11 where the heat-sensitive part 8 has been inserted is sealed by the insulating material 12, the lead terminal 9 of the sensor 3 and the coil 2 are securely insulated by the insulating material 12 thereby permitting larger dielectric strength between the lead terminal 9 and the coil 2.</p> |
