The fences are constructed by the stages of preparing fixed cross- pipes each having grooves of regular intervals at an edge of an upper surface and a stick in the pipe to be hung, hooking a vertical pipe having downward-stooped bars on the stick in each groove of the cross-pipe, inserting a net body in each groove or binding the two pipes with a string, pouring rapid-hardeming mortar or hardening material into each groove, hardening and unbinding when binding. The fences have a simplicity of construction and a good of external appearance and have no rust stain due to the nature of stainless material.
