摘要 The present invention relates to a system and a method to detect a crack by using a reflection coefficient. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system includes: a cavity radiator delivering an electronic wave signal to a conductor; a resonance controller forcibly resonating the cavity radiator by controlling the length of an inner conductor while making contact a slot opening part of the cavity radiator and a reference conductor; a variable resistor forcibly resonating the cavity radiator by adjusting a resistance value while making contact between the slot opening part and the reference conductor; and a crack detector detecting whether there is a crack in a target conductor or not depending on whether a resonant state of the cavity radiator is changed while the reference conductor is removed and contact is made between the target conductor and the slot opening part of the cavity radiator. Therefore, the present invention is capable of conveniently detecting a crack with a low-priced simple device by detecting a micro crack on the surface of a conductor from forced resonance characteristics of the cavity radiator by using the radiator and electronic waves.
