The present invention relates to a method for coating processing polyketone yarns, and specifically, to a method for coating processing polyketone yarns which is capable of complementing demerits such as colors, UV weak points, fastness, and others of polyketone materials, and is capable of imparting excellent functionalities and improving mechanical properties to expand uses of the polyketone yarns by coating processing the polyketone yarns from industrial polyketone fiber yarns using a yarn coating extruder. A method for coating processing polyketone yarns according to the present invention comprises: a step of injecting a polyvinyl chloride coating agent or a thermoplastic polyurethane coating agent into a yarn coating extruder; and a step of coating the coating agent on the surface of the polyketone yarns by the yarn coating extruder.
