摘要

A process for producing human prethrombin-2 expression vector by genetic engineering techniques comprises (a) preparign the DNA having nucleotide sequence coding human prethrombin-2, (b) obtaining the above DNA and the recombinant DNA by binding to plasmid, (c) inserting the above DNA into expression vector, and (d) transformating the recombinant expression vector into host cell (E. Coli) and culturing the host cell.
