SOLID SUPPORT CHEMICAL SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: To examine the titer of ligand due to difunctional bonding molecule cleavable using a solid support chemical system by causing a solid support treated with carbonyldiimidazole to react on a cleavable bifunctional bonding molecule. CONSTITUTION: A solid support is treated with carbonyldiimidazole to form a support reactive to a cleavable bifunctional bonding molecule. The treated support is then caused to react on a cleavable bifunctional bonding molecule to form a support linker derived through a stabilized carbametry bond. The support is caused to react on a polysaccharide and examined for the presence of amino side group thus determining the functional level of solid support.
