PURPOSE: To enable to apply a catheter for various oncotherapy such as a tumor of ren, liver, pancreas, spleen or pelvis by perfusing a high-concentrated medicine through an organ to be treated, removing the medicine from the organ together with a defluxion of blood, transferring the contaminated blood to an extrasomatic circuit, treating the blood in the extrasomatic circuit to remove the contamination and returning the treated blood into a body. CONSTITUTION: A medicine for treating cancer is supplied to a liver 3 from an injection cylinder 4 through a tube led to a catheter 6 equipped to a liver arteria 5. A liver venous blood including a medicine for a chemical treatment having an anti-cancer concentration passes through a doubled balloon catheter equipped to IVC 1 due to a liver arteria 7. Balloons of the doubled balloon catheter locates on center and peripheral of the liver arteria 7. A contaminated blood is transferred through the doubled balloon catheter, goes out to the outside of a body 2 through a tube 17 and follows to reach at a pump 21 which has for example 48ml priming water, two rotor cone and is a Bio pump furnishing a flow rate of 5 litter/min. The pump 21 transfers the blood at comparatively a constant low-pressure through an extrasomatic circuit so as to prevent a rise and drop of a fluid pressure of all the circuits leading to a returning points from the liver venous to the body. A detoxicated blood is transferred through a tube 44 and injected through a subclavian vein by a usual way. |
