PURPOSE:To enable the execution of wide angled deviation without disturbing a flow, by a method wherein a nozzle, having a throttle at the outlet end of a flow passage, a guide wall, formed in a shape that is gradually toward the downstream of the guide wall, and a bias shield plate, located up a line from the nozzle, are provided, and an amount of shielding a bias flow by the shield plate is varied. CONSTITUTION:A bias flow from a nozzle part except the part, where a bias flow is shielded, of a nozzle is exerted on a guide wall 8 positioned facing the nozzle portion, where a bias flow is shielded by a throttle 7 of a nozzle 6, and a flow F blown from the nozzle is adhered to a guide wall. By changing of a flow to the guide wall is controlled, and blowing of a flow in the direction of the middle between a front and a maximum deviation direction is practicable. As a result, through movement of a bias shield plate 9, a blow direction can be changed arbitrarily. In this case, since the bias shield plate is situated at an upper line from the nozzle, the bias shield plate is prevented from resisting against a flow and from disturbing a flow. Thus, a flow is completely adhered to the guide wall without reducing an airflow, and a flow is deviated at a wide angle. |
