CONSTITUTION:Whether a phase difference between a phase detection signal P indicating the rotating phase of a rotor 1 and a reference signal RC is in a predetermined range or not is detected, and the process of phase compensating means 7 is initialized in response to the detection output. Thus, when the rotating phase of the rotor 1 approaches a target phase, the process of the phase compensating means 7 can be initialized, the delay of the process due to the integration of the phase compensating means 7 is removed according to it, and the overshoot of the control target phase of the rotating phase is eliminated. Accordingly, even if a phase control is strongly performed, hunting does not occur. |
