<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a paper supply unit with storing capability in addition to a paper feed mechanism by providing the casing with a draw-out type container box. CONSTITUTION:Recording paper leaving a delivery roller is routed from a first paper feed roller 126 in a casing 110 to a paper exit 111 in the top of the casing 110. It is then introduced into a paper receiving port 49 in the underside of a copying machine body 49 to be supplied to a copying section 34. A paper receiving port 112 is also provided in the underside of the casing 110 to allow the introduction of recording paper from a paper exit 111 in the top of another casing 110 located below. A draw-out type container boxy 130 for articles requiring temporary storage is provided within the casing 110. Since a paper feed cassette 121 is installed in such a manner that it can be drawn out toward the underside of the casing 110 on its front and a recording paper delivery roller 122 is located at one side of the casing, this container box 130 ensures effective use of an upper space toward the other side of the casing 110 which is otherwise not utilized.</p> |
