RAN 4045/10 The new carboxamides and sulphonamides of the formula R1-A- (W)a-X- (CH12 ) b- (Y) c-B-Z-COOR ( I ) in which R1, A, W, X, Y, B, Z, R, a, b and c have the meaning specified in the description, can be used for the treatment of thromboses, apoplexy, myocardial infarct, inflammations, arteriosclerosis as well as of tumours. They are prepared by eliminating the protective groups in corresponding compounds with protected amidino or guanidino groups.
