PURPOSE:To surely perform reciprocating motion, by allowing a piston of a liquid cylinder to also reach a return motion end when a piston in a liquid hydraulic cylinder of a pneumatically controlled cylinder reaches its return motion end. CONSTITUTION:If a pneumatic pressure is supplied to a head side piston chamber 22b from a port P2, a liquid pressure piston 31 is advanced to move forward a piston 41 to a direction a2. Liquid in a rod side piston chamber 42b flows into a rod side piston chamber 32b in a liquid pressure cylinder 3, but an insufficient amount of liquid flows into the chamber 32b from a liquid tank T through a check valve 6. If pneumatic pressure is supplied to a chamber 22a, liquid flows into the chamber 42b to actuate the piston 41. Here a pilot piston pin 55 is moved rightward to communicate the tank T to chambers 32a and 42a. |
