<p>PURPOSE:To set the method of safety work comparing with conventional pulling- out work with a wire and a which by clamping a cable, and by pulling it out with an extract cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cable 5 laid in an embedded pipe 3 is pulled out with a pulling-out device 7 set in a man-hole pit 1. The pulling-out device 7 is composed of a clamping device 17 and an extraction cylinder 19, and by the clamping device 17, the cable 5 is clamped, and is pulled out by every stroke length with the extraction cylinder 19. The pulled-out cable 5 is led to a cable cutter 11, and is cut off to a specified length. The pulling-out device 7 and the cable cutter 11 are worked on the hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic controller 13.</p> |
