摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain the title film excellent in both scratch and chipping resistances by biaxially orienting an unstretched film of a polyester containing specified amount of specified rutile TiO2 and specified inert particles by biaxial stretching. CONSTITUTION:An unstretched film of a polyester (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate) containing 0.2-3wt.% rutile TiO2 particles of a mean particle diameter d1 of 0.005-1mum and a shape factor of 0.6-1 and 0.01-0.2wt.% inert. particles (e.g. colloidal silica) of a mean particle diameter d2 (d1<d2) of 0.3-2mum and a shape factor ot 0.8-1 and a crystallization acceleration factor <=20 deg.C is biaxially oriented by biaxial stretching to obtain the title film desirably having a flatness of surface protrusions of 7-16. |
