PURPOSE:To enable a voice suitable for evoking dispersion according to a situation to be uttered, by providing a control means operating a voice generating means based on the detection information of a detecting means, and constituting the voice generating means in such a way that the change of the evoking voice is set freely. CONSTITUTION:When an REC switch SW3 at a voice system operation circuit 3 is made to be ON, a voice signal inputted from a microphone MIC is converted into a digital signal by mans of a D/A.A/D converter 5, and memorized at a memory M as voice data. Also, when a PB switch SW4 at the operation circuit 3 is made to be ON, voice data memorized at the memory M are converted into an analogue signal by means of the converter 5, and an output is made to an amplifier 6, and the amplifier 6 amplifies both an alarm signal from an alarm circuit 2 and the voice signal from the converter 5, and regenerates sound by means of speakers 7, 8. And, when a signal from a vibration sensor SE1 is detected, a sequence circuit 1 regenerates voice data memorized, only once and at the same time, rings an alarm. |
