<p>Antiallergy and anti-inflammatory compounds of formula (I), wherein R is phenyl or substituted phenyl; R<1> and R<2> are H, C1-C6 alkyl, or they are joined to complete a fused benzene ring; R<3> is OH, C1-C6 alkoxy, aryl (C1-C4)alkoxy or NR<4>R<5> wherein each of R<4> and R<5> is independently H or C1-C6 alkyl or they may be joined to form a ring; and Het is a 5 or 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic group which may optionally be fused to a benzene or further heterocyclic ring either of which may be optionally substituted.</p> |
