EXAMPLE:4-Aza-4-tert-butoxycarbonylmethyl-6-(1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-phenyl propyl) amino-5-oxo-2-(3-thienyl)-1-thiacycloheptane. USE:Having an inhibitory action on an enzyme capable of converting angiotensin, useful as a remedy for hypertension showing duration by oral administration. PREPARATION:A compound shown by the formula II is condensed with a compound shown by the formula III (X is halogen or sulfonyloxy) in a proper solvent in the presence of a base to give a compound shown by the formula I.</p> |
