PURPOSE:To enable a user to effectively use satellite communication facility, etc., and to use a satellite line by changing service specification arbitrarily by providing a service specification selection part, etc., at a satellite communication terminal, and a service specification checking part, etc., at a control station. CONSTITUTION:A service specification storage part 11 and the service specification selection part 12 are provided at the satellite communication terminal 1, and the selection part 12 is provided with a means to input the will of the user by the operation of the user. And selected service specification is transmitted to the control station 3 via a control line which passes a transmission/ reception control part 15, a transmission part 13, and a satellite 2. The service specification is received by a reception part 34 at the station 3, and the validity of the service specification is checked by the service specification checking part 36 and a service specification table storage part 37, and allocation control and connection are executed according to the selected service specification by a line allocation control part 32 and a switching control part 33. In such a way, it is possible for a user to effectively use the satellite communication facility and a wave, and to use the satellite line by changing the service specification arbitrarily according to will of the user. |
