The apparatus for measuring and displaying weight, total calories or nutrient content of food consists of microprocessor (1) controlling a total system, reset swtich (2) for (1), selecting switch for weight measurement (3), selecting switch for kinds of food (4), selecting switch for ingredients of the selected food (5), weight sensor (6), A/D convertor (7) for converting analogue signal from weight sensor to digital signal, auxiliary memory (8) for memeorizing data of calories per content weight, and output displayer (9) for indicating output from (1).
