PURPOSE:To improve sheet resistance and adhesion of an ink which includes an organic indium complex, an organic solvent, and a binder by adding dibutyltin dioctate for adjusting resistance to the ink. CONSTITUTION:To an ink that includes an organic indium complex, an organic solvent and a binder, dibutyltin dioctate (SnO2.3(CH2).3CH.2C4H9.C2H5) is added for adjusting resistance. To improve the surface quality, to lower resistance, and to improve adhesion with a substrate to be printed of a transparent conductive film, a small amount of picric acid or of trinitrotoluene is added, and further, a very small amount of polymerization inhibitor is added, while at least 50% of the component of an organic solvent of the composition is phthalic acid ester. When a pattern is formed on a glass substrate by screen printing using the composition, a pattern of homogeneous thickness can be obtained as well as the sheet resistance can be suppressed low, and good adhesion can also be achieved. |
