A process for preparing soybean curd contg. seasame comprises (a) obtaining soybean milk by grinding 7.5 Kg of soybean and filtering the ground soybean, (b) grinding 100g dried seasame and 1l of water, (c) boiling the soybean milk and the ground seasame in the steam- boiler at 95-100 deg.C, (d) coagulating it by adding a coagulant, and (e) pressing it in the forming-press at 50-70 Kg/ Cm3 for 10-20 min. |
