PURPOSE:To eliminate a need for materials other than a coil frame for supporting lead wires and to realize an automated coil-winding work by a method wherein grooves accommodating lead wires on a solid frame made of thermoplastic material are fused and closed by heat. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 2 and the flanges 3, 3 provided at both its ends are made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, formed into a solid coil frame 1. A flange 3 is provided in its internal circumference 4 with a covered lead-out groove 7 wherefrom an end of a coil A runs out. The covering section 6 is heated for fusion to the bottom of the groove 7 for closure. Fixation of the lead wire B is thus effected without any special material. Then the coil frame 1 is rotated for wire to coil about the bobbin 2, the other end of the coil that is a lead wire C is pulled out of the other groove 7, the covering section is fused to the bottom of the groove 7 with the heating tools H for closure and fixation of the lead wire C. Thus, an end of the coil A extending out of a coil frame after heat- caused fusion can be used as a lead wire B for a next stage coil frame, thereby enabling the automating of a coil-winding work. |
