PURPOSE:To lessen radiation of noise and make the element immune to noises by causing lead terminals to have each laminated structure of conductors through an insulating film. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric element chip 15 and lead terminals 12 and 14 of a photoelectric element 11 having a plurality of the lead terminals which are connected to the electrode of the above chip have a laminated structure of conductors through an insulating film 13. In this way, a lead frame and the like are not made up in the form of a loop and, when pulse-lighting of a light emitting element is performed, its element lessens radiation of noise to surrounding and further, in the case of a photodetector, it reduces noise caused by capacitance, magnetic coupling and the like. |
