PURPOSE:To improve draw ratio and improve the strength by rib effect by a method wherein a recessed part for attaching handle is formed on the upper part of a side surface of the title bottle, and the surface of the recessed part is formed to be an uneven surface which extends in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:On the upper part of a bottle 1, a recessed part for attaching handle 2 is formed, and in the recessed part 2, a handle 3 is attached by an appropriate method. On a surface 21 of the recessed part, while no handle is attached, an uneven surface which extends in the longitudinal direction from the longitudinal surface to the upper and lower surfaces is formed, and this uneven surface can be given at the same time when the bottle 1 is blow molded. The uneven surface may be provided extending the whole of the surface 21 of the recessed part in the vertical direction, or it may be provided up to a grade which extends to the whole of the longitudinal surface and an approximately are half of the upper and lower surfaces. Since the uneven surface which extends in the longitudinal direction is formed on the recessed part, the draw ratio rises, and the strength of the material itself increases. At the same time, the strength is improved by rib effect based on the shape, and the deformation on the surface of the recessed part becomes drastically small. |
