A method for manufacturing an axial-flow compressor fixed blading assembly in which a series of fixed-blading shaped fins 19 having divergent internal and external extensions 23, 24 are coated in an alloy 22 with a low melting point so that their extensions 23, 24 project from the alloy 22. The fins 19 are coated in the relative positions which they would occupy in a compressor. A mouldable material is then moulded around the internal and external extensions 23, 24 in order to define arched transverse pieces 29, 30 which connect the fixed-blading adjacent fins 19. A stiffener 32 is fixed onto the transverse piece 30 connecting the external extensions 23 of the fixed-blading fins which are radially adjacent, and the complete assembly is heated until the coating alloy 22 melts. <IMAGE> |
