METHOD OF PACKING THERMOSETTING RESIN IN MEASURING AMOUNT FOR CAPSULE SEALING OF ELEMENT, PACKING OBTAINED USING THE SAME, METHOD OF OPERATING DIE AND DIE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD

PURPOSE: To conduct constant and accurate measurement for encapsulating materials by introducing a measured quantity of thermosetting resin into a flexible plastic cover that can be sealed airtight. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting resin material 4 produced from an extruder 2 is injected into a thin-wall flexible plastic cover formed with two plastic films 6a and 6b, and edges are sealed by means of a sealing device 8 to form a thin flexible tube 10. The tube is filled with the plastic material 4 by evacuating air, chilled with cold air supplied from blowing mouths 11a and 11b, made flat with two rollers 12a and 12b, passed through sealing device 16, chilled with cold air from blowing mouths 19a and 19b, and carried toward the arrow 20 with conveyer belt 24a and 24b. The quantity of the material in the package is variable by changing cross-sectional length of flat-rolled tube passing between sealing works of the sealing device 16. Each packing passes through a bar-cord reader 72 which supplies output signal corresponding to the bar-cord and, for instance, machine is stopped when an inaccurate package is supplied.
