PURPOSE:To perform the baking to the surface of a crown material relatively low in heat-resistant temp. at low temp., to make the compatibility and adhesion with a base material excellent and to make the long-term use in the oral cavity possible by using a phosphate type glass stain material having a specific composition. CONSTITUTION:As starting raw materials, a phosphorus-containing compound forming phosphorous oxide by baking such as phosphoric acid or polyphosphoric acid and a compound capable of becoming aluminum oxide by baking such as alumina, aluminum hydroxide or aluminum nitrate are used. As alkali metal oxide (R2O), one or more kind of compound selected from a group consisting of Li2O, Na2O, K2O, Rb2O, Cs2O and Fr2O is used. A composition is set so that P2O5 is 30-80wt.%, Al2O3 is 1-20wt.%, R2O is 1-30wt.% and the fourth component such as ZnO is 0.5-50wt.%. For the purpose of enhancing aesthetic properties, one or more kind of a colorant component selected from a group consisting of oxides of Ni, Ce, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Zn, W, Ru, Mo, Rh, Hf, Ph, Pr, U, Ag and Au is added.. |
