<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of an impregnation layer on a surface, by arranging a foam slab at one part in a mold, also supplying a foam stock to other positions in the mold, then compressing the foam slab and foaming the foam stock. CONSTITUTION:The soft polyurethane foam slab 12 molded beforehand in the bottom shape of the purpose cushion is arranged using a bottom mold 11, also a polyurethane foam stock liquid 13 for shaping the side of the cushion is cast in the molding space of the side at the bottom mold 11. Then, the mold is closed using a top mold 14 and at the same time the foam slab 12 is compressed to 80% of an original thickness by a press part 15, then the side 16 is shaped by foaming, curing the foam stock liquid 13. The obtained molded object is released from the mold, the foam slab 12 restores its original thickness and the cushion in which the seat made of the foam slab 12 and the molded side 16 are integrated is obtained.</p> |
