<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a methacrylic resin plate improved in solvent resistance by polymerizing a mixture of monomers containing methyle methacrylate as the main component by using a specific stainless steel plate as a mold. CONSTITUTION:The stainless steel plate subjected to anodic oxidation electrolytic treatment through a medium (such as water, agar, etc.) containing a moisture exceeding 20% under an electric field strength exceeding 1.0V/cm is used as a mold, and polymeric unsaturated monomer mixture containing methyl methacrylate monomer or methyle methacrylate as the main component or its partial polymer is polymerized to obtain the desired resin plate. In addition, the stainless steel plate is preferred to make two endless belts which run facing each other at a certain interval.</p> |
