PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of injection molding by providing a blocking means in the resin passage between the cavity of a forming mold and the inserting hole for a pouring head. CONSTITUTION:In a forming metal mold in which high activated composition liquid obtained by mixing two or more of reactive raw materials is poured into a cavity 4 by way of the inserting hole 6 of a top force 5, a runner 8 and a gate 9 from a pouring head 10, the runner 8 formed in a bottom force 2 is prolonged and the groove 12 for the blocking rod opened to the side end part of a lower pouring part 7 is provided. The projecting end of the blocking end 13 closely inserted into this groove 12 slidably freely, is connected to the piston 15 in the fluid pressure mechanism 14. After the highly activated composition liquid is injection-molded into the cavity, while connecting closely the pouring head 11 to the inserting hole 6, the lower surface of the inserting hole 6 and the runner 8 are blocked by advancing the blocking rod 13 and then the pouring head 11 is moved upwardly. After the composition liquid in the cavity 4 is solidified, the blocking rod 13 is retracted, whereby the cleaning for the runner 8 is easily achieved. |
