<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to restore easily the shape of each inner lead to its former shape afterward even if the inner lead is bent or deformed by some cause by a method wherein the inner lead is formed of a shape memory alloy. CONSTITUTION:Each inner lead 13a to protrude horizontally to a device hole 12 of a film 11 of a film carrier 10 is formed of a shape memory alloy. This carrier 10 is heated (p) from the downward direction and each inner lead 13a is made to store its initial shape in such a way that the inner lead 13a protrudes horizontally to the hole 2 from the film 11. Thereby, even if the lead 13a is bent or deformed, the shape of the lead can be easily restored to its former shape afterward.</p> |
