Measuring apparatus for determining mineral element concontration in alloy a has spectrometer detecting wavelength of diffracted light, obtained from glow discharge tube, via single photo-multiplier tube. The apparatus comprises collimation and collected lens (22) for beam come from laser (21), guiding fiber (23) to glow discharge lamp (24) for laser beam, detecting detecter (26) for laser beam. An A/D converter (28) and amplifier (27) are adaged to amplify the electric signal from the spectrometer and convert it into a digital signal and an amplifier to amplify the signal from the spectrometer.
