PURPOSE:To easily position center of a metallic die in a short time, and to improve an efficiency of press work, by providing a pair of positioning arms onto the surface to which the die is attached, and clamping the die by moving said arms symmetrically with respect to the symmetrical axis of the arms. CONSTITUTION:In a state of unfastening stud bolts 19, a die holder (a figure is eliminated) is mounted on a pair of setting blocks 4 provided onto a table 1 of a press machine, and is temporarily set between a pair of positioning arms 7. Next, said positioning arms 7 are moved back and forth and symmetrically with respect to the symmetrical axis of the pair of the arms 7 through connecting links 12 by rotating rotary bodies 15, to move said die holder while clamping it, and after aligning the center line of the die holder with said symmetrical axis, said stud bolts 19 implanted in the left and right sides of the block 4 are fastened tightly to fix the die holder. |
