<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the size of equipment and the cost required to treat waste water with activated sludge by adding a bulking inhibitor contg. Ni or Co and a deriv. thereof. CONSTITUTION:A bulking inhibitor contg. Ni or Co and/or a deriv. thereof as an effective component is added during biological treatment such as treatment with activated sludge so that the concn. of Ni and/or Co in an aerating vessel is regulated to 0.1-100ppm. Bulking is prevented and bulking caused once is suppressed.</p> |
