The UHF amplifying circuit for satellite communication or a radar comprises a coaxial/micro strip line converter (10) for converting received RF signal into micro strip line signal, an amplifier (20) consisted of HEMTs and two-stage input/output matching parts for amplifying the RF output signal of the coaxial/ micro strip line converter, a coaxial/micro strip line (30) for providing converted RF signal, an active bias circuit (40) for providing power to HEMTs, and a power supply section (50) for providing the positive voltage to the active bias circuit and providing the negative voltage to the gate terminal of HEMTs.
