PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of operation at low cost by preferentially executing the loading operation of unloading operation of a recording medium when it is detected from the stored contents of a non-volatile storing means that the loading operation or unloading operation of the recording medium is under the execution. CONSTITUTION:Means 51 and 52 are provided to hold the information that the loading operation or unloading operation of a recording medium 20 is under the execution to a non-volatile storing means 50 and when it is detected from the stored contents of the non-volatile storing means 50 that the loading operation or unloading operation of the recording medium is under the execution, the loading operation or unloading operation of the recording medium is preferentially executed. Accordingly, without newly providing a detection system or improving the setting position of a sensor, the information recording medium can be always loaded or unloaded without fail. Thus, the reliability of the operation can be improved at low cost. |
