PURPOSE:To enable saving of labor, by a method wherein filling with powder, tapping, levelling, securing are all automatically conducted by a remote control. CONSTITUTION:A receptacle 3 is secured on a receptacle holder 4, and with a vibrator 2 actuated, the receptacle 3 is filled with powder in a hopper 1. An overflowing heap of powder in the receptacle 3 is levelled by a levelling plate 5. In case the weight of the powder contained in the receptacle 3 is measured, the receptacle 3 is taken out and is carried to a balance. In case a tap density is measured, after the receptacle 3 is secured to a receptacle holder, an auxiliary receptacle 7, supported by a finger 8, is lowered by a motor 11 which stops running at a position allowing the receptacle 7 to be coupled to the receptacle 3. The finger 8 is then opened by a motor 12, and the finger 8 is restored to its original position by reversing the motor 11. The container 3 is then filled with the powder, and tapping is performed with a receptacle holder 4 moved vertically. The overflowing heap of the powder is then levelled by a levelling plate 5 to measure the weight of the powder in the receptacle 3. |
