PURPOSE:To make positioning of an opening tab easy and eliminate scattering of the welding strength on a synthetic resin by a method wherein an opening tab is internally provided on the exposed surface and bridge part at a gap for a multi-layer basic member, and a frame body, which is opened by the opening tab at the time of opening the lid, is bonded with the multi-layer basic material. CONSTITUTION:A monolithic molded article, which is composed of an opening tab 11 and frame body 12, is separately manufactured by injection molding, etc. A monolithic molded article, which is composed of a multi-layer basic member 13, flap 14, part to be removed by opening 15 and bridge part 16, is separately manufactured. In a gap 17 between the monolithic molded articles, the frame body 12 of the monolithic molded article is fitted in, and the rear surface of the frame body 12 is thermally bonded with the upper surface of the bottom part 13A of the multi-layer basic member 13. The rear surface of the frame body 12 is also thermally bonded with the front surface of the bridge part 16 at the same time, and thus a lid 18 is obtained. When the opening tab 11 is lifted upward, a part of the multi- layer basic member 13, which is thermally bonded with the rear surface of the frame body 12, is cut. At the same time, the bridge part 16 which is thermally bonded with the rear surface of the frame body 12 is cut, and the part to be removed by opening 15 is cut from its connection to the flap 14. Thus the opening of the lid 18 is performed along the outer peripheral end edge of the frame body 12. |
